SNEE Training Hub are thrilled to be shortlisted for the HSJ Digital Awards!

Our Virtual Reality Primary Care Training – The INSIGHT Programme – has been shortlisted for the HSJ Digital Awards in the Improving Primary Care through Digital category and previously appeared in a BBC News Article!

Developed in collaboration with RevolveLabs, The INSIGHT Programme was designed to address critical gaps in primary care training, particularly in managing complex conditions like chronic pain and dementia.

These conditions are often underdiagnosed or suboptimally managed, largely due to practitioner confidence gaps and the logistical challenges of accessing specialist-led education.

The Insight Programme uses a range of new technology, including state-of-the-art VR Headsets, which enable clinicians to see things from a patient’s perspective.

The interactive filmed scenarios allow them to follow the patient’s journey from initial presentation and consultation to diagnosis and treatment.

The technology also enables the likes of GPs, Physiotherapists, Paramedics and Physician Associates to engage with specialist learning resources along the way.
