Training Grant Offer – Call out to Nurses and AHPs in Primary Care!

• A pilot training grant process which will offer a cohort of individuals an opportunity to apply for a training grant of up to £3,000 to complete a level 7 (postgraduate) course focused on LTC – specially related to personalised care, prehabilitation &/or rehabilitation for cardiovascular, respiratory and stroke conditions.
• An insights survey which aims to explore the current and future skills, knowledge, and training requirements for the generalist workforce across community and primary care-based settings.
